Role & Responsibilities
Associate – Operations •Understanding academic projects/assignments/tasks requirements and ascertaining appropriate price of each projects/assignments/tasks • Understanding client's escalation, discussing the issues with experts and coming up with appropriate solution. • Identifying suitable experts for each project, negotiating the pay with freelancers and facilitating allocation process. • Point of contact for sales team and experts regarding pricing and allocation process respectively. • Dealing with clients on chat/call in order to close stuck cases
CRM • Answer calls and respond to emails • Handle customer inquiries both telephonimlly and by email • Research required information using available resources • Manage and resolve customer complaints • Provide customers with product and service information • Enter new curtomer information into syrtem • Update existing customer information • Process orders, forms and applications • Identify and escalate priority issues • Route calls to appropriate resource • Follow up customer calls where necessary • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures • Ability to work in a team • Flexible with Shifts
Sales Chat • Understanding the client's requirement online (chat/ and offering them the right quotations • Giving the real time experience by handling their queries and assisting them • Pitch the client and follow up with them for the business closure • Working closely with the Operations Team and Sales Team for planning and report analysis • Converting potentials leads into customers • Ability to work under pressure • Excellent Communication Skills • Ability to work in a team • Flexible with Shifts

Gross Salary – INR 222000 per annum + Incentives
