Criteria for ANDROID DEVELOPER:
Participate in all phases of SDLC with detail level of analysis, algorithm design, coding, code walk and unit testing.
Gather business requirements, Evaluate and drive new project development.
Demonstrate understanding of application architecture and how business logic integrates with it.
Ensure that non-functional business requirements are clearly defined (e. g. , SLAs, performance requirements, performance guarantees).
Perform and participates in all required design reviews (e. g. , peer reviews, business/ partner reviews). Develop technical specifications/ design documents as defined in application/ system designs.Ensure that technical specifications/ design documents are clearly and comprehensively documented,understood and traceable to the application/ system design (e. g. , traceability matrix) .
Participate in difficult and typical coding assignments with responsibility of a small module consisting of 5 8 members.
Participate in generating of technical documentation of product/ package.Keep compliance with Newgen Quality Systems and Procedures.
Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms, Java script Frameworks including JQuery & AJAX Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap will be preferred.Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Should have knowledge of Relational Databases , SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2 , Hibernate) Understanding of SDLC, Testing Methodologies, Test Case Development, Defect Reporting & Tracking Should be able to lead team of 5-8 members. Ability to think analytically. Strong implementation skills and problem solving approach.
Monitor the performance of the team leads, team members and new hires. Undertake one-on- one and group Interactions to provide appropriate inputs.
Criteria for HR :
1. Interview process management of entire recruitment cycle including applicant screening, preliminary interviews, soft skill interviews, technical tests, co-ordination of subsequent interviews, salary/offer negotiations and joining formalities. 2. Monitoring Pre-joining formalities till joining - conducting interviews, salary negotiation, issuing Offer letters. 3. Developing and managing strong business relationships to ensure successful placements. 4. Preparing and distributing required reports and communications to hiring managers and designated members of management. 5. Maintaining relationships and agreements with recruitment agencies and various sources for high- quality candidates. 6. Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates; schedule and conduct interviews 7. Developing and maintaining business relationships with candidates. Provide superior candidate care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing. Ensure smooth transition post hire.

Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business; Develop and Implement the Marketing Strategy, Establish and Manage New Channel partners, Alliances; Candidates from having exposure in handling HNI & NRI Clients; Maximize revenue generation and lead closures; Making presentations and pitches to the corporate and HNI clients; Adept at exploring business potential, opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes; Skilled in forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.
