Dr. R. K. Choudhary, The Director, APIIT SD INDIA, Panipat receives the National Achievement Award and Life Time Achievement award for his contribution to Education on 20 February 2010 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The Chief Guests of the ceremony Mr. Murli Manohar Joshi, Ex-Cabinet Minister, Mr. A. Poalasko, the Ambassador from Poland, and the Ex-Governor of Haryana & Punjab Mr. O. P. Verma were present on this moment. Dr. R. K.Choudhary has already been awarded Shiksha Bharti Puruskar on 28 November 2009. The institute applauded on receiving these three National Awards within three months.

Lauded for his role in expanding opportunities for Education nationwide, Dr. Choudhary has served as an Educationist called by the International Achiever Conference and Indian Economic Development and Research Association. Within APIIT, he has dedicated time to the Education Committee, various education programmes, a presidential rotation and numerous other committees and task forces. At Nationwide, he is an active mentor to students, colleagues, and other professionals. Dr. Choudhary, described by his colleagues as strategic, articulate, intelligent, and focused, has been on the cutting edge of advances in Modern Education System.
