Introduction by Dr. Prateek Mishra:* Dr. Prateek Mishra, our esteemed officiating director, played a pivotal role in introducing our students to the heart of APIIT College. During his address, he not only shared the college's mission and values but also provided an overview of the various departments that form the backbone of our institution. *3. Coding Club Presentation:* A significant highlight of our Induction Programme was the introduction of our Coding Club. Members of this dynamic club had the opportunity to enlighten our students about the importance of coding and its real-world applications. They shed light on exciting opportunities that await those with coding skills. *4. Placement Guidance by Dr. Anju Bala:* Dr. Anju Bala, our head of training and placement, offered valuable insights into the extensive support and services available to our students in their pursuit of successful careers. Her session covered career prospects, internships, and the comprehensive assistance provided for securing job placements. *5. Introduction to Teaching Departments:* At APIIT College, we understand that a comprehensive understanding of our academic structure is vital. To achieve this, we introduced our students to all our teaching departments. This exposure helps students become familiar with our esteemed faculty members and the abundant resources available for their chosen courses. *6. Department Heads' Presentations:* Heads of Departments (HODs) played a crucial role in enlightening our students about the various programs and courses offered within their respective departments. These informative sessions included details about the curriculum, faculty expertise, and unique opportunities available within each department. *7. Introduction to Sports and Anti-Ragging:* We are delighted to introduce Mr. Pardeep Dabur, an assistant professor who will be in charge of our Sports Department and the Anti-Ragging Squad. His dedication to fostering a healthy sports culture and ensuring a safe, welcoming campus environment is invaluable. *8. Innovative Projects Showcase:* Our students had the privilege of witnessing innovation firsthand, thanks to Mr. Ojaswa Pratap Singh and Mr. Guruparshad Panchal. They showcased real projects, such as multi-task robots, demonstrating sensor data utilization and mapping algorithms to navigate obstacles and engage in natural language processing and communication. Additionally, they presented drones created by them, showcasing their functionality and potential applications, including GPS technology for precise positioning, obstacle avoidance capabilities, and long battery life. Remarkably, both projects were crafted from recycled materials, highlighting our commitment to sustainability. *9. Refreshments:* To ensure that our students had a comfortable and enjoyable experience during the Induction Programme, we provided refreshments, including snacks, beverages, and light meals.
