Electronics Engineering Lab or Electronics Lab

The Electronics Labs are used by the students of Electronics Engineering to design and experiment with electronic circuit programs. We are living in an age of Information Technology. Electronics is at the very foundation of the Information and Computer Age. The giant strides that we have made in the areas of Communications and Computers are possible only because of the great successes that we have achieved in the field of Electronics. APIIT has a very professionally managed department of electronics engineering managed by a team of highly qualified faculty members who in their own right have contributed to the development in this dynamic field.

In Electronics lab theoretical concepts of basic electronics presented in a laboratory environment and through practical hands-on experiments. Basic fundamentals of engineering practices covering International System of Units, engineering notation and prefixes definitions of current, voltage, resistance, power, work and efficiency, Ohm's and Kirchhoff's Laws, series and parallel circuit principles, and series-parallel DC resistive networks are examined. The electronics laboratory is equipped with Operational amplifiers, function generator, RLC resonant circuits, digital analog training system, AM basic experiment kit, FM basic experiment kit, PM basic experiment kit, AM DSB/SSB basic experiment kit and transmission of basic signal kit etc. With an intention to provide in-depth knowledge in a specific area, projects works are assigned to the students. Senior faculty of electronics engineering will always be present in guiding the students in electronics labs and also in their research and presentations.
